ITTO awards fellowships to 3 Nepali researchers

International Tropical Timber Organization (ITTO) has awarded fellowships to 3 Nepali researchers at the 40th session of the International Tropical Timber Council in June 2006. A total of 29 fellows from 16 different countries were awarded this session.

ITTO offers fellowships through the Freezailah Fellowship Fund to promote human resource development and to strengthen professional expertise in member countries in tropical forestry and related disciplines.

Mr Mahendra Singh Thapa

Completing a masters program in Natural Resource Management and Rural Development at the Institute of Forestry, Tribhuvan University, Nepal
