Global Climate change is an unequivocal. The problem of free riders on common natural resources creating the global problem that nobody can be freed from it. As Nepal has no significant contribution in green house gas emission, but facing environmental problems due to warming up the global temperature. Melting of the Himalayan glaciers, forming new glacial lakes and bursting are the major threat.
