Forest Action and RECOFTC are organizing an international training course, "Introducing Community Forestry: Innovative Ideas, Practices and Methodologies" in Nepal.

Forest Action and RECOFTC have collaborated to design a training program that will identify and analyze key community forestry concepts, practices and methodologies. The training will take place in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal. The course will utilize the extensive experience of community forestry in Nepal as a building block to explore the issues, but further case studies and experiences from throughout the region will also be incorporated into the course to expand the discussions.
