Nepal at IUFRO conference on Gender and Forestry 2008

IUFRO recently organized an international conference on Gender and Forestry from November 16-19, 2008 in Forest Research Institute,  Dehradun, India. The conference explored experiences with gender sensitivity and gender analysis issues in forest management, organisations in the forestry sector as well as challenges to sustainable livelihoods of forest dwellers and users all over the world.
