Abstract

The results are reported of tests with 13 provenances from New Zealand (I), South Africa (I) and Mexico (II), established in July 1985 on loamy soil of pH 4.5 at the Pakhribas Agricultural Centre, Nepal. Overall survival was 94%, and there were no significant differences in growth (and health and vigour) between provenances.
