About me

I am a social forester of Nepal and have interests on sustainable forest management and planning with an application of remote sensing and GIS. However, I have also interests on Non timber forest products such as bamboo and rattan, development research and planning and poverty alleviation related works.

Currently I am working as a senior consultant for INBAR, PR China and in the mean time am pursuing Ph.D. study in forest resources management (Forest ecosystem responses to climate change and natural disturbances) at the University of British Columbia, Canada.
