New organizational structure for Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife, Nepal

This 'New organizational structure for Ministry of Forests and Wildlife, Government of Nepal' is only our personal views for days to come. This organogram was developed aiming at sustainable conservation and management of forests and wildlife through the application of skills and knowledge of forests and wildlife professionals. Objectives were to keep forests and wildlife technicians away from administrative activities such as patrolling, timber auction and sale, etc so that they may develop their professionalism; reduce poverty through employment opportunities and increasing revenue through corruptless organizational structure; meet the forests products’ demand of citizens and industries of all physiographic regions; and reduce workloads of armies and/or armed police forces of forest/wildlife patrolling and formulate the forests and wildlife security forces separately trained to meet their concrete purposes. Forest guards are to be replaced with forest security forces.
