Non-Timber Forest Products: an alternative source of rural income

This paper reports on the work done by the Nepal-Australia Community Resource Management Project on the sustainable production, management, harvesting and marketing of non-timber forest products by forest user groups in Dandapakhar, Nepal, with a view to creating alternative sources of income for rural households.
