Rehabilitation and restoration of degraded forests

This book focuses on how and why forest cover could and should be re-established in many settings, and the ecological and socioeconomic rationale for doing so. Several case studies are presented on large-scale restoration activities in Northeastern States of USA, Canada, Nepal, Brazil, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Fiji, Kenya, Tanzania and Korea Republic.
