| Abstract | An account of the history, aims and operation of this aid project administered by the Australian National University as agents for the Australian Development Assistance Bureau (ADAB). The project has 3 primary objectives: to assist in implementing the national forestry plan in the Chautara forestry division; to contribute to training and education; and to set up a seed storing and testing facility in Kathmandu to serve the whole of Nepal.
