LI-BIRD and Wetland Friends of Nepal have jointly published a new publication entitled 'Waterbirds of Rupa Lake: A Pocket Guide' with the financial support from Ecosystem Grants Programme of IUCN Netherlands. This guide is written in Nepali language to make it more user-friendly to local people. 1000 copies have been printed in first edition. The author team comprises Mr. Gandhiv Kafle and Mr. Bimal Raj Regmi. LI-BIRD and Wetland Friends of Nepal are the publishers of this guide.
Brief description and images of 36 species of waterbirds of Rupa Lake have been presented in the guide.

Your efforts on publishing educational materials in Nepali language seem very appreciative. You know most of the educational materials in Nepal are technical and not suitable to local people. I am sure this book will help local people around Rupa lake.
