| Abstract | This paper presents a critical review on the status (inventory, plant improvement, establishment and management, nutritional and feeding values, and compatibility with hill farming systems) of research and development on fodder trees/shrubs resources in the Himalayan region (India, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan and China) and a baseline that would be helpful in developing a perspective plan on the research and development of these resources. |
