Vacancies at RIMS-Nepal

Resource Identification and Management Society Nepal (RIMS-Nepal) is a Nepal based non-governmental organization working for development and research in the field of natural resource management, agriculture, biodiversity, climate change, livelihood, health and sanitation. RIMS is seeking applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the following positions.

a. Programme Coordinator (Climate Change): 1

• Masters Degree in Agriculture, climate change or natural resource management
• Experience in climate change (preferably community based adaptation)
• Experience and knowledge on project management and working with diverse stakeholders;
• Knowledge on local governance, planning and cross cutting issues (gender, governance, inclusion etc)
• Experience in programme management and partner relations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven written and spoken English.

b. Agro biodiversity and Climate Change officer: 3

• Bachelor degree (with 3 years of experience) or Masters Degree in Agriculture, Environment science, climate change and natural resource management 
• Experience in biodiversity management (preferably agro biodiversity and climate change adaptation)
• Experience and knowledge on project management and working with diverse stakeholders;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven written and spoken English.
