Tetra Tech ARD is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified administrative and support services candidates for the upcoming USAID Nepal program: Program for Aquatic Natural Resources Improvement (PANI). PANI is a five-year biodiversity conservation and climate change adaptation activity that focuses on water management at the national level, and focuses in on the Karnali river basin in the Mid-Western and Far Western Development Regions of Nepal. The goal of the project is to increase water security in Nepal at multiple geographic scales. Qualified candidates will have expertise in one or more of the general areas outlined below. Tetra Tech ARD seeks candidates with experience in the following areas:

• Office Management
• Finance and Accounting
• Operations and Logistics
• Contracts and Procurement
• Grants Administration
• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
• Communications and Public Outreach
• IT and Technical Support
• Administration and Receptionist
• Drivers
• Translators

Candidate qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field required for management positions; advanced degree preferred; assistant and support positions may substitute years of experience for a degree.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in one of the desired areas required for positions within management; Less than 5 years will be considered for assistant or support positions.
• Prior experience working on donor-funded development projects in Nepal or South East Asia preferred;
• English proficiency required; Nepali proficiency preferred (translators will be proficient in both)
