Research Topic: “Determination of Himalayan medicinal plants demand and supply”

Considering the subject area and proposed research topic, any candidate having M.Sc.Ag. (Conservation Ecology) or M. Sc./M. Phil in Botany or Conservation Ecology or Environmental Science or Forestry or Natural Resource Management or Watershed Management can apply for the above study program. The applicant must have M.Sc. with at least 60% marks in Master Level. The selected applicant will be provided with scholarship of about NRs. 35000/- per month for three years in addition to fees and field work costs (about NRs. 450000/-) and opportunity to participate in two international conferences during the research period. During the course, the student may need to stay for six months in Denmark, enrolled at the University of Copenhagen, with opportunity for an additional degree from Denmark as well.
