Rupantaran Nepal is a profit not distributing non-governmental organization working in the field of developmentsector. One of its current major projects is the implementation of part of Multi Stakeholder Forestry Programme (MSFP) in the Mid-West region (Dang, Salyan, Pyuthan, Rukum and Rolpadistricts). MSFP is a joint programme of Government of Nepal in collaboration with the Governments of Finland, Switzerland and the UK, which aims to maximize the contribution of Nepal's Forestry Sector to inclusive economic growth, poverty reduction and tackling climate change. ForMSFP, Rupantaran Nepal is looking for experienced and qualified candidates for the position of Gender, Poverty and Social Inclusion (GPSI) Coordinator based in Dang with frequent visits to other districtswith following requirements:

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading, advising and capacitating staffs and partners to mainstream gender, equity, pro-poor livelihoods and social inclusion in MSFP related activities
2. Developing implementation guidelines/policy and documentation of GPSI related issues and programmes
3. Supporting initiatives within MSFP to develop and mainstream social development issues within forestry sector
   

Qualifications and Experiences

1. Masters degree in any related subject with 2 years’ of experience in related field or Bachelors degree with more than 4years’ experience in related field
2. Good communication skills- both written and spoken in English and Nepali
3. Experience of supporting local partners to implement programme activities in the field
